Decadence Darling

This weekend I hung out with the Buba London team, drinking cups of tea, dancing around and producing the AW11 shoot (there is always time for fun with this lovely bunch). The collection, strongly inspired by a recent trip to Goa, showcases unique pieces that feature beautiful embroidered flowers and semi-precious stones. Bags range from super cute purses to handy travel sized bags, all with the signature Buba personalised feel. The collection is certainly well thought out and cohesive, however it feels very special because no one bag is the same as another - it is as though each was hand-crafted with a different person in mind. Jewellery is fun and chic, fur cuffs are dressed with bespoke stones and necklaces take form in stand-outish bibs and over-sized pendants. The shoot references 1940s glamour with vintage gowns and dresses, allowing the striking pieces to speak for themselves.

Cracking, marbling... nail art has reached a whole new level

I am so excited...

https://www.modelsownit.com/

Models Own are teaming up with WAH nails to bring us SMASH UP!

An entire range deicated to zingy, zesty eye-popping crack-off nail colours! Yay!

You can't beat Barry M on price but I have been waiting too long for this.

Hurry up and tell us when I can get them Models Own!!

I recently attempted marbling my nails, messy but fun and the results are worth it. Just be patient.

I followed Look Magazines how-to guide, all you need is a tub of water, a cuticle stick, a light base colour and a couple of your favourite shades of polish. Paint the base colour onto your nails, pop a couple of drops into the water, add a couple of drops of the other colours, swirl around with the cuticle stick, pop your nails in one by one (quickly) and voila!

These were my results...

How much do you love the coca cola advert, although I do miss the 'IIIIIIIIIII don't want you' hot men days...
